Camp Counselor Positions
Camp J is always looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals who enjoy working with children and helping create a fun and safe camp environment.
Camp counselors lead activities, support campers throughout the day, and help create meaningful summer experiences through games, programs, and special events.
Applicants will participate in an interview process as part of the hiring process.

Counselor in Training (CIT) Program
The Counselor in Training (CIT) Program is designed for high school freshmen and sophomores who are interested in gaining leadership experience while working with campers. CITs assist camp counselors, help with daily activities, and learn what it takes to become a future camp counselor.
Participants can earn Bright Futures volunteer hours while developing teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
All applicants will participate in an interview process as part of the selection process.
