General Information

  • Base camp hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Extended care is available: as early as 7:00 AM and as late as 6:00 PM

Registration & Costs

  • General Camp: $285 (Members) / $295 (Non-Members)
  • Specialty Camps: $335 (Members) / $345 (Non-Members)

Discounts

  • 5% off for employees of:
    • Advent Health and Orlando Health
    • Theme parks (Disney, Universal, Sea World)
    • All hospitality/hotel employees
  • 10% off for all Rosen employees
  • To apply a discount, email camp@rosenjcc.org with a valid employee ID.

All camp registrations must be paid in full. Schedule changes are subject to availability and there is a $25 fee per camper per week. To cancel a week of camp, a two-week written notice is required. While camp tuition is non-refundable, account credits may be issued on a case-by-case basis. Credits are valid for one year and can be applied to any JCC program. Same-day registrations will incur a $50 fee. Lunches are non-refundable.

Activities & Grouping

No, field trips are included in the general camp pricing.

Campers are grouped by grade level. Please refer to the camp brochure for specific ratios.

Food & Allergies

Afternoon snacks are provided. We recommend packing additional snacks.

We take food allergies very seriously. Please note that no peanut-based products are allowed at camp. Please contact Noah, the Director of Youth Programs, for assistance.

Safety & Health

  • The standard camper-to-staff ratio is 1:12.

  • Field trips have a lower ratio based on trip requirements.

  • Brightwheel is our primary parent communication app. Minor injuries will be reported through the app.

  • For more serious injuries, camp leadership will contact parents immediately.

Packing & Dress Code

  • Campers should dress comfortably for active play.

  • Closed-toe shoes are required for participation in activities.

A change of clothes is recommended for all campers, but highly advised for K-1st graders.

No electronics are allowed.

Drop-off & Pick-up

  • Drop-off: Park and escort your child into the facility. 9:00 AM drop-off starts at 8:55 AM.

  • Pick-up: Car line begins at 3:55 PM. After 4:10 PM, parents must park and enter the facility for pick-up.

After 4:10 PM, your child will be placed in PM care. A $15 fee will be applied at the end of the week.

Yes. Please send a Brightwheel message to your camper’s counselor and email camp@rosenjcc.org to authorize the pickup.
